Wandsworth Advice  is a new multi-strand project funded by the Big Lottery Fund through the Advice Services Transition Fund. Our work began officially on 1st October 2013 when we set out with six core partners. See our current network here

Setting up a Wandsworth Advice forum and online directory

A key aim of the project is to set up and facilitate a Wandsworth Advice forum, a network of advice and information providers delivering services within the borough. If you provide advice and/or information services in Wandsworth then please get involved – see the ‘How to get involved’ section below

We are also creating an online directory of advice and information providers in Wandsworth for the benefit of both the general public and professional services looking to signpost and refer to appropriate third sector bodies

What Wandsworth Advice is doing

We aim to bring the advice sector together to collaborate more effectively and to trial new ways of working. We will be focussing on four strands: Access, Outcomes, Prevention and Resilience

How to get involved

If you are an advice and/or information provider delivering services in the borough – whether you are big or small – then we would very much like you to hear from you. It is very important that we get your details to make sure you are included in the Wandsworth Advice directory. See the organisations that are already part of Wandsworth Advice. Sign up to Wandsworth Advice email updates so we can keep you in the loop with developments

Working with others

We are very much aware of the excellent work others have already put into forming networks and initiatives that aim to better serve the public by improving advice/information services in Wandsworth. We intend to complement and applaud this work through the various strands of Wandsworth Advice
